There is this saying that ‘Health is wealth’ so we all should do a good job staying   alive and healthy.

Today is gonna be about the third killer of mankind(diabetes) , this was  actually my project research topic.

 In the course of my research, I came across some things I will like to share because I want my readers to be safe, for me(smile).

      

 Diabetes mellitus (DM) is the world’s largest growing metabolic disorder of the endocrine system . Diabetes mellitus is becoming the third killer of mankind after cancer and cardiovascular diseases due to it’s high prevalence, morbidity and motality. Diabetes mellitus is characterized by a chronic hyperglycemic condition resulting from defect in insulin secretion, insulin action or both.

Exactly this time last year during my industrial training, I got this book from my brother. Actually I can’t   remember whether he gave me or I took it(no regrets though).the book is titled rich dad, poor dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki

I decided to read this book recently and mehn! I learnt so much.

So  let me summarise everything I learnt from this book,it all about financial literacy.

        FINANCIAL LESSONS

Lesson one: know the difference between assets and liability

‘’The rich buy assets while the poor buy liabilities, the middle class buy liabilities and they think they are assets’’.

Lesson two: It is not how much you make but how much you save

Lesson three: know how much money your money is making.

Lesson four:  the poor work for others first, the company that hire them, the government through tax and for the bank that own their mortgage.

WHAT TO BUY AND WHERE

 If you will agree with me, what to buy and where to buy is a factor that goes a long way in determining how you look.

 Sometimes, where you buy determines what you buy and what you buy also determines where you buy. Of the greatest importance is where you buy, this is due to the fact that where you buy determines the quality, quantity and varieties of what you buy.

Today I have decided to share this with you guys, it all about colours/colors ,how they blend and their names,I mean their real names(not like cockroach brown and ribena purple).

Another difficult task is how to combine your colours.this post is gonna affect everyone,either you are a fashion geek,an artist or an everyday person.

The best approach to colours I have found so far is the colour wheel,this colour wheel provides a simple way to combine colours or better still blend them.

   The school is an institution that helps groom young minds or better still educate young minds. There are lots of institutions, but it’s funny to so much believe the school will provide solution to all of our problems. We forget it’s just an institution; the biggest of all institutions is “Oneself”. Most of us realize the truth when we finish schooling.

  The world has changed but the school has not, the advice has not. The advice is ”go to school and get a good job so you can earn money and live well”.
